Our Journey

Rollz Rice was created by Seema and Kailash working together as husband & wife team. Doctor and an IT professional from India. Our food journey started in Dublin, Ohio with us sharing our meals with colleagues in our offices. Especially with the people who traveled from out of state and were on-site Mon-Thursday and longed for home cooked meals.

Flavor was one aspect but being served in office, food had to look cool and had to be something can be eaten on the go. Being so inspired with Chipotle’s serving style, we decided to give a shot at Indian version of build your own wraps and bowls.

Seema’s grandmother’s & mother’s recipes combined with slow cooking to perfection style, added the bold flavors to our proteins like chicken, spicy chicken and goat. She kicked it a notch up by creating our most popular sauces in-house sauces like Harissa, Tandoori Ranch etc. which adds the fusion flavor to our wraps, salads and sides. 

Office food requests became invitations to participate at various food festivals & catering events. With so much love and appreciation from our customers and request to be able to order this food anytime, we opened our first retail location in 2019.
